- 1 / 5By Alicia WalshOut of respect for the staff we parked and went up to the window because we had a very large drink order. We stood at the window for over ten minutes and were never acknowledged while people that pulled up after us were still being helping in the drive thru. The staff was well aware that we were there but clearly had no interest in serving us. This is the ONLY Starbucks I have ever had to walk away from without being served. Went to another one down the road and received excellent service. This location will never see my face again.April 30, 2017
